Job Details
Experience: 2–5 years (preferred)
ocation: Indira Nagar, Bangalore, Karnataka
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts based on client requirements, vision, and market trends.
- Lead concept and schematic design development with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and feasibility.
- Prepare concept sketches, diagrams, presentations, and high-quality renderings.
- Collaborate with project teams, consultants, and clients throughout the design process.
- Conduct site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies.
- Coordinate with MEP, structural, and landscape consultants during concept development.
- Present design proposals and incorporate feedback into design solutions.
- Stay updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and emerging technologies.
- Create compelling visual representations using industry-standard software tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) – required.
- Proven experience as a Design Architect or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing conceptual and creative design work.
- Proficiency in:
- o AutoCAD
- o SketchUp
- o V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion or similar rendering tools
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with U.S. building codes and standards is preferred
Preferred Experience
- Residential and Community Master Planning projects.
- International project exposure is a plus.
