Business Development Manager & Sales Manager – Learning Programs
About the Role
We are building a next-generation learning platform and are looking for an experienced business development manager & Sales Manager to drive learner acquisition, admissions, and revenue growth.
The role will focus on developing scalable sales processes, improving conversion rates, and building a high-performing admissions team. Min – 1 -max / budget
Key Responsibilities
- Lead admissions and learner acquisition efforts.
- Manage and mentor counselors and business development associates.
- Drive trial-to-paid conversion performance.
- Design and improve sales funnels and customer journeys.
- Monitor sales productivity and team performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to improve lead quality and learner experience.
- Develop revenue growth strategies.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in EdTech, online learning, education sales, or high-ticket consultative selling.
- Strong understanding of lead management and conversion optimization.
- Experience managing sales teams and revenue targets.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach.
