Job Description
We are looking for a confident and energetic Telecaller to join our team in Thrissur. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining services, generating leads, and maintaining customer relationships through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on leads.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM data.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversions.
- Maintain professional communication with customers.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Any Degree.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Malayalam proficiency is mandatory; English communication is an added advantage.
