Position: Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Trivandrum (TVM)
Department: Sales & Business Development
Experience: 2 years preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities.
- Visit clients and promote the company's facility management and manpower services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into business.
- Prepare and submit daily visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for service execution.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and identify potential customers.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings.
Skills Required
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to travel within Trivandrum.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence are preferred.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- . Sales experience will be an added advantage.
Salary: As per company standards + Incentives + Travel Allowance (if applicable).
Pay: ₹20,000.26 - ₹25,000.10 per month
