About the Role We are looking for a Generative AI and Machine Learning Engineer with 3 to 5 years of hands-on, real-world experience building applications and systems using AI tools and cloud AI services. You will design and deploy production-ready solutions across cloud and on-premise pipelines, working with GenAI models, deep learning, chatbots, and conversational AI. You will work closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, taking ownership of well-scoped components rather than setting org-wide direction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Implement generative AI models and translate model outputs into insights that inform business decisions, working with cross-functional teams to define AI project requirements aligned to business goals.
- Build and maintain prompt-engineering workflows for GenAI models and contribute to evaluating which prompting approaches perform best for a given use case.
- Optimise existing generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
- Validate data quality and accuracy through profiling, testing, and automated checks before and after model integration.
- Apply NLP techniques and prompt engineering methods to improve GenAI model output.
- Stay current with advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning, and flag opportunities to bring them into existing products.
- Write clear technical documentation, including specifications and user guides, for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Support the team's best practices and coding standards for generative AI development.
Core Skills (Must Have)
- Solid experience developing and implementing generative AI models, with a working understanding of GPT-style architectures.
- Strong proficiency in Python, with experience in TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Strong grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with NLP tools and libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Hugging Face.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with GANs or VAEs.
- Experience with image processing or computer vision.
- Experience with Omni-Channel speech and voice applications as part of conversational AI.
- Prior statistical modelling experience.
- Familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or Plotly.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on, real-time experience in Machine Learning or Generative AI.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- A proactive, collaborative mindset suited to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
