We are looking for a professional, friendly, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle visitors and office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management procedures.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and emails.
- Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean and organized manner.
- Coordinate with different departments for administrative support.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and stationery inventory.
- Assist the HR and Administration departments with day-to-day activities.
- Handle basic inquiries from clients and employees.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Prior experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or Customer Service Executive is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
