Job Title: Hotel Manager
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of the hotel, ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage staff, and maximize profitability. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for maintaining high service standards, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
- Monitor room occupancy, reservations, and revenue generation.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performance.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
- Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to increase hotel occupancy.
- Maintain hotel facilities and ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
- Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in hotel operations or hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
