Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Manager who can independently manage marketplace operations, lead a team, and drive growth using marketplace Growth Panels (Ads, Promotions, Pricing Tools, Visibility Options, SEO, etc.).
The ideal candidate must understand platform algorithms and have hands-on experience with seller dashboards.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Management
- Manage end-to-end operations across Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio, and other portals.
- Work extensively on Growth Panels (Ads, Visibility Tools, Promotions, Deals).
- Optimize product listings, pricing, and visibility for higher conversions.
Performance & Strategy
- Analyze marketplace data: sales, conversion rate, click-through rate, ad performance, ranking.
- Create monthly/weekly growth plans for client brands.
- Study competitor trends and apply best practices to boost platform performance.
- Develop strategies for key events—BBD, EOSS, Payday Sales, Festive Campaigns.
Team & Coordination
- Lead and guide a small team of executives/content/catalog specialists.
- Coordinate with photoshoot, cataloging, and operations teams for smooth workflow.
- Communicate with marketplace account managers for growth support and issue resolution.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare detailed reports for clients—sales performance, ad spends, growth insights.
- Ensure all listings follow marketplace guidelines and brand standards.
- Solve listing errors, QC failures, order issues, and return concerns.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of Myntra, Flipkart, Ajio seller panels & growth tools.
- Knowledge of Ads, Promotions, Pricing Optimization, and Visibility Algorithms.
- Excellent analytical skills and strong command over Excel/Google Sheets.
- Good communication and client-handling ability.
- Experience in managing teams and client accounts.
- Ability to solve marketplace issues quickly and efficiently.
Qualification
- Any Graduate / MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace management.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
