Position : Assistant Restaurant Manager
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹70,000 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the service team, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise service staff and ensure smooth shift operations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and promptly resolve guest concerns.
- Monitor staff performance and provide training and guidance.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards are maintained.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and coordinate with vendors.
- Support sales initiatives and help achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
- Prepare daily operational reports and coordinate with management.
Eligibility
- Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
