Key Responsibilities:
Electrician :
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems
- Troubleshoot electrical faults and carry out timely repairs
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes
- Handle installation of DBs, MCBs, lights, fans, and other equipment
Plumber :
- Install, repair, and maintain water supply lines, drainage, and sanitary fittings
- Detect and fix leakages, blockages, and pipe damage
- Handle installation of pumps, geysers, and bathroom fixtures
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance
Requirements for Both Roles: - ITI/Diploma in relevant trade preferred - Ability to read drawings and follow technical instructions - Knowledge of tools, safety practices, and building codes - Sincere, hardworking, and available for on-call work if needed
