Savre Digital is looking for a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to convert qualified leads generated through Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.
This is not a cold calling job. All leads are generated by our marketing team. Your responsibility is to understand customer requirements, explain our software and digital services, follow up consistently, and convert leads into customers.
Responsibilities
- Contact new leads within the assigned time.
- Understand customer business requirements.
- Present our software and digital solutions professionally.
- Schedule product demonstrations when required.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp until a decision is made.
- Update CRM after every interaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer conversations.
- Meet monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Submit daily work reports.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Software Sales.
- Strong negotiation and customer handling skills.
- Laptop/Desktop with reliable internet connection.
- Quality headset with microphone.
- Comfortable using CRM, WhatsApp Web, Google Meet, and Google Sheets.
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently from home.
