- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize data pipeline performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align data strategies with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in AI & Data Strategy.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline architecture and data integration techniques.
- Experience with designing and implementing ETL processes to support data migration and transformation.
- Familiarity with data quality assurance methods and tools to maintain data accuracy and consistency.
- Ability to work with large-scale data systems and ensure efficient data processing workflows.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex data-related issues in a timely manner.
