Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with potential clients, generate leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Call potential customers from the provided database.
Introduce the company's IT products and services.
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings/demo calls.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain accurate call records in CRM/Excel.
Understand customer requirements and share them with the sales team.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Required Skills
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Graduate/Undergraduate (Any Stream).
Freshers are welcome.
Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
