Position: Telecaller
Location: Paschim Vihar, New Delhi
Job Responsibilities:
- Call customers and explain loan products and services.
- Follow up with interested customers and assist them throughout the process.
- Collect required customer documents and basic information.
- Coordinate with the KYC and Operations team for document verification.
- Follow up for pending documents and application requirements.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Update customer details and call status in the CRM.
- Achieve daily calling and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Hindi communication is mandatory; basic English is preferred.
- Telecalling, sales, or loan industry experience will be an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
