Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating business opportunities, handling telecalling activities, maintaining client relationships, promoting company services, and supporting overall sales growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, confidence in client interaction, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through telecalling, field visits, references, and online platforms.
- Handle outbound and inbound calls professionally to explain company services/products.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain customer database and update call records regularly.
- Schedule meetings and appointments with prospective clients.
- Promote company services/products to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare quotations, presentations, and marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyze competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain daily sales reports and lead tracking sheets.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Support digital marketing and branding activities when required.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and telecalling skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Confident in handling customer queries and follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good presentation and client handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales techniques.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
Experience
- Freshers can apply.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or telecalling preferred.
- Experience in construction, industrial projects, or building materials industry will be an advantage.
