Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Shoot Execution: Travel to assigned project sites in Lucknow to capture high-quality photographs and video footage.
- Content Planning: Coordinate with the project/marketing team before shoot days to plan shot lists, angles, and content themes (e.g., project walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes, reels, case studies).
- Post-Production & Editing(Optional): Edit raw footage and photos into engaging short-form videos (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and visual project highlights.
- Asset Management: Sort, label, and maintain an organized digital library of all raw and edited visual assets.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated with social media visual trends, editing styles, and audio choices to maximize reach and engagement.
Work Structure & Schedule
- On-Site Shoot Days: Limited to specific project milestones or scheduled event days (approx. 2–6 days a month or as project needs dictate).
- Non-Shoot Days: Remote / Office-based work for post-production editing, planning, and content delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Equipment: Must have access to a reliable camera setup or a smartphone with advanced video capabilities (along with basic stabilization equipment/gimbal if available).
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency in photo & video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Lightroom, or VN Editor).
- Eye for Aesthetics: Good understanding of lighting, framing, framing composition, and audio capture on field.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel locally within Lucknow for scheduled project shoots.
- Portfolio: A portfolio, showreel, or link to past work (Instagram page, Google Drive folder, YouTube channel, etc.) is mandatory.
