Job Summary
We are hiring Sales Officers for Gold Loan business. The role involves sourcing new customers, generating leads, promoting gold loan products, and achieving business targets through field sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Acquire new Gold Loan customers through field visits and referrals.
- Generate leads and convert them into business.
- Explain product features and benefits to customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
- Coordinate with branch teams for smooth loan processing.
Eligibility
- HSC / Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Gold Loan, Banking, NBFC, Financial Products, or Field Sales.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹315,000.00 per year
