SKIDATA India is looking for dedicated and technically skilled professionals to join our Field Services team supporting the prestigious Navi Mumbai International Airport project.
This is a unique opportunity to work in a mission-critical airport environment where system availability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence are of paramount importance.

Service Engineer
Senior Service Engineer
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine system health checks during every shift.
Monitor system performance and respond to incidents and breakdowns on a 24/7 basis.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Coordinate with airport and customer representatives for operational support.
Manage consumables inventory and replenishment activities.
Support preventive maintenance activities in coordination with the wider service team.
Address customer queries related to reports and technical matters.
Escalate complex technical issues to the SKIDATA Technical Support team.
Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and customer expectations.
Candidate Profile
Service Engineer
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in technical support, field service, or maintenance roles.
Basic understanding of networking, Windows systems, and troubleshooting methodologies.
Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide 24/7 operational support.
Senior Service Engineer
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
5+ years of experience in field service, technical support, or system maintenance.
Proven experience handling critical customer environments and escalation management.
Strong knowledge of networking, system diagnostics, and incident resolution.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading or mentoring service teams is preferred.
