Job Title: Sr. Technical Support Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for a Sr. Technical Support Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (UK/US). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong technical troubleshooting abilities, and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via voice calls.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely and effective support.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice Process (UK/US) – Mandatory.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Customer service-oriented mindset.
- Graduation preferred.
