Hiring: Manager – Human Resources & Industrial Relations (HR & IR)
Location: Bommasandra, Bengaluru
CTC: Up to ₹24 LPA
We are looking for an experienced Manager – Human Resources & Industrial Relations (HR & IR) for a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company.
Experience Required
- 15+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Minimum 5+ years in a managerial role
- Candidates with industrial pharmaceutical manufacturing experience will be preferred
- Local candidates from Bengaluru or nearby locations are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Talent acquisition, employee performance management, and evaluations
- Payroll administration and compensation management
- Compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
- Industrial relations and employee engagement
- Collective bargaining, wage negotiations, and labour law compliance
- Managing union practices, grievances, pensions, and safety regulations
- Overseeing workforce operations and supporting production strategy
- Managing departmental objectives and ensuring adherence to approved budgets
Preferred Skills
- Strong knowledge of Industrial Relations (IR)
- Excellent understanding of labour laws and statutory compliance
- Leadership and team management skills
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing plants
