Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver engaging sales training programs for new hires and existing employees.
- Conduct product, process, communication, and objection-handling training sessions.
- Monitor sales team performance and identify training needs.
- Develop training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessments.
- Coach and mentor sales executives through role-plays and live call evaluations.
- Track training effectiveness using KPIs and provide performance reports.
- Collaborate with Sales Managers and HR to align training with business objectives.
- Organize refresher sessions and ongoing skill development programs.
- Stay updated with industry trends, sales methodologies, and best practices.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback reports.
Required Skills:
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer handling, and negotiation.
- Ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and coaching abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
