About the Role
IQRAAMARK PVT LTD is seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Assistant General Manager (AGM) to support strategic growth initiatives, business operations, fundraising activities, partnerships, and organizational development. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior management to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and expansion opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the General Manager in managing day-to-day business operations.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and collaborations.
- Lead fundraising initiatives, including investor outreach, pitch preparation, proposal development, and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with investors, financial institutions, incubators, accelerators, and funding agencies.
- Monitor departmental performance and ensure operational targets are achieved.
- Support recruitment, team management, and organizational development activities.
- Prepare business reports, financial projections, presentations, and strategic plans.
- Oversee project execution and ensure timely delivery of company initiatives.
- Represent the company in meetings, networking events, and business discussions.
Performance Targets
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business growth targets.
- Generate new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support successful fundraising efforts through investor engagement and funding proposals.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in management, business development, fundraising, operations, or strategic planning.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in investor relations, fundraising, business expansion, or startup ecosystem engagement is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
