Job Title: Executive Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for senior management.
- Handle emails, calls, correspondence, and confidential documents professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes of meetings.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Organize events, conferences, and business meetings.
- Maintain records, files, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in administrative and operational activities as required.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
