- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, determine their needs, and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as respond to emails and take accurate messages.
- Office Management: Keep the reception area tidy, track office supply inventory, and place orders when stocks are low.
- Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages, and coordinate courier deliveries.
- Administrative Support: Manage calendars, schedule appointments, coordinate meeting rooms, and assist with filing, copying, and faxing.
