This is a hands-on, ground-game role. As a Growth & Outreach Intern, you own the top of our go-to-market funnel: finding villa owners, starting conversations, getting Villa A.I. in front of them, and helping convert free pilots into paying clients. You won’t be fetching coffee — you’ll be talking to real prospects and directly moving the needle on revenue.

What You’ll DoProspecting & Outreach
- Build and maintain a target list of villa owners and property managers on ECR (and beyond) using Instagram, Google Maps, listing sites and local networks.
- Run personalised outreach over Instagram DMs, WhatsApp and email, focused on starting genuine, qualified conversations with prospects.
- Track every prospect, touchpoint and response in our CRM / outreach tracker so nothing falls through the cracks.
Demos & Pilots
- Schedule and help run live demos of Villa A.I. for interested prospects.
- Coordinate free pilot deployments and stay in close contact with pilot villas to ensure they see value fast.
- Gather feedback, testimonials and objections from prospects and feed them back to the product and founder.
Content & Brand
- Help create simple, persuasive promotional content — short videos, before/after demos, carousels and case-study snippets — to warm up prospects.
- Support our presence on Instagram and WhatsApp with content that shows Villa A.I. in action.
Conversion Support
- Help move pilots toward signed retainers, supporting follow-ups, pricing conversations and onboarding handoffs.
- Contribute to a repeatable outreach → demo → pilot → paying-client playbook we can reuse in new cities.

Who We’re Looking For
- A strong communicator in English (and ideally Tamil) — comfortable starting conversations with strangers over DM and on calls.
- Self-driven and organised; you follow up relentlessly and keep your pipeline clean without being chased.
- Curious about AI, startups and hospitality — and excited to sell something genuinely useful.
- Comfortable with social media, basic content creation and learning new tools (WhatsApp business tools, CRMs, etc.).
- Students, recent graduates and early-career candidates are all welcome — attitude and hustle matter more than your CV.
Bonus Points
- Prior experience in sales, BD, social media or community roles.
- Existing network in Chennai / ECR hospitality, real estate or travel.
- Basic familiarity with tools like Canva, Instagram Reels, or no-code automation.
