Job Title: Retail Sales & Operations Associate (Perfume & Apparel Store)

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & interview performance)
About the Role:
We are hiring energetic and responsible individuals to support day-to-day retail operations across perfume and apparel sections. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining store standards, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Open Positions:
- 3 Associates – Perfume Section
- 1 Associate – Fabric/Apparel Section
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and support sales conversions
- Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and stock organization
- Handle basic billing and coordination with senior staff
- Ensure smooth daily store operations
- Support inventory handling and restocking
Requirements:
- Basic communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Presentable and disciplined
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Prior retail experience is a plus, but not mandatory
Work Schedule:
- Full-time role
- Weekly off as per roster
