We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Back Office Executive to support insurance operations and sales teams. The role involves handling policy processing, documentation, coordination with insurers, and providing backend support to ensure smooth business operations.

* Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update client records and policy data in the system
- Coordinate with insurance companies for policy status, approvals, and discrepancies
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Handle MIS reports and daily operational tracking
- Respond to client queries regarding policies, claims, and renewals
- Provide timely updates to clients
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline
Experience: 0 to 1 year (Freshers with relevant skills can apply)
