Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct online research based on data requirements.
- Gather and maintain clean, well-structured datasets using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Follow formatting, accuracy, and consistency standards while entering and updating data.
- Regularly verify, clean, and update existing records to ensure reliability.
- Organize and manage data efficiently for easy access and handoff to other teams.
- Take ownership and accountability for all assigned research and data tasks.
- Support additional administrative or research-based tasks as needed.
Required Skills & Qualities:
- 1–2 years of experience in data research, data entry, or data operations. (Preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (Advance formulas, formatting, sorting/filtering).
- Strong online research skills with the ability to locate and verify relevant information.
- High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data accuracy and hygiene.
- Strong sense of ownership and responsibility toward assigned work.
- Good communication skills and willingness to collaborate with the team.
- Self-driven and curious, with a disciplined approach to research and data handling.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Information Science, or any related field.
- Candidates with a strong interest in research and data management are welcome, regardless of academic specialization.
