Role Purpose
The ET Study Proposal Writer is one of the most intellectually demanding roles in the Enterprise Transformation division. This person is responsible for writing compelling, original, human-centric Enterprise Transformation Study proposals that help corporate clients see their organisational reality clearly and feel the urgency to transform. The role demands exceptional writing ability, deep understanding of human behaviour and organisational psychology, sharp research instincts, and the ability to communicate complex insights in a way that moves decision-makers to act — all without relying on generic AI-generated content.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and write original, high-quality Enterprise Transformation Study proposals for corporate clients — covering organisational diagnostics, transformation roadmaps, problem statements, and solution frameworks.
- Conduct deep primary and secondary research on client industries, business models, leadership challenges, and transformation benchmarks to ground every proposal in real context.
- Craft narratives that blend organisational data, human behaviour insights, and strategic reasoning to create proposals that are compelling, credible, and client-specific — not templated.
- Develop and maintain a strong voice in ET proposals — writing that is original, precise, and persuasive without sounding corporate-generic or AI-generated.
- Use AI tools strategically for research, synthesis, and ideation — but all final proposal writing must reflect original thinking, not AI-produced text.
- Collaborate closely with ET sales managers and the VP-ET to understand client context, discovery insights, and proposal objectives before writing.
- Refine proposals based on feedback from VP-ET and sales team; manage multiple proposal drafts across different client contexts simultaneously.
- Build and maintain a proposal library — archiving past proposals, success cases, and reusable frameworks while ensuring each new proposal feels freshly crafted.
- Contribute to the development of smmart's ET thought leadership content — white papers, insight reports, and ET methodology documentation.
- Stay immersed in business psychology, leadership, transformation case studies, and organisational behaviour literature to continuously elevate proposal quality.
