Job Title: HR Executive (IT)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to manage and support HR functions within an IT environment.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (developers, testers, DevOps, etc.)
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Handle onboarding processes for new hires
- Conduct induction and orientation programs
- Manage exit formalities and conduct exit interviews
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT recruitment and HR operations
- Knowledge of HR tools and ATS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment
Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in HR or related field
- 2–5+ years of experience in IT HR roles
Preferred:
- Experience working in IT companies or startups

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
