Designation: Design Engineer (can be discussed) Key Responsibilities:
1. Product and Mould Design & Development: o Design injection/blow product/moulds, and other precision tooling using CAD software (SolidWorks) o Create detailed 2D drawings and 3D models for manufacturing. o Ensure designs are optimized for manufacturability, durability, and costeffectiveness.
2. Project Execution: o Work closely with the production team to ensure accurate implementation of designs. o Conduct feasibility studies and simulations to validate mould designs. o Participate in prototype testing and modifications based on test results.
3. Material & Process Selection: o Select appropriate materials for mould construction based on product requirements. o Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to source components.
4. Quality & Compliance: o Ensure all designs adhere to industry standards and client specifications. o Conduct design reviews and implement necessary improvements. o Work in accordance with ISO and other quality management standards.
5. Collaboration & Documentation: o Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, quality, and sales. o Maintain comprehensive documentation of designs, revisions, and technical specifications. o Provide technical support during the mould manufacturing process and troubleshooting.
Personal Skills: Ability to handle pressure To be able to comprehend instructions Educational skills – Any graduate in diploma in design from reputed plastic institute. Should be able to perform mould design and product design Should possess strong knowledge in Solid works software
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
