Position: Production Supervisor
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, maintain product quality, and achieve production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved on time.
- Monitor workers and production staff.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Prepare daily production reports.
- Coordinate with Quality, Store, and Maintenance departments.
- Ensure proper utilization of raw materials.
- Minimize wastage and improve productivity.
- Maintain machine efficiency and report breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and GMP practices.
- Train and guide production workers.
- Maintain production records and documentation.
Required Skills
- Good leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of production planning.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & Computer.
- Ability to solve shop-floor issues.
- Good communication skills.
- Knowledge of Food Safety & GMP (Preferred).
Qualification
- B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical, Food Technology, Production, Industrial Engineering)
- OR B.Sc. Food Technology
- OR Any Graduate with Production Experience
Experience
- 1–5 Years in a Manufacturing/Food Processing Industry.
- Freshers with relevant qualifications may also apply (if applicable).
Salary
₹13,000 – ₹16,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills.)
