About Us:At The Healer Foundation, our mission is to support those who are struggling and empower them with care, basic resources, and hope. We serve needy children, destitute women, and the elderly with knowledge, food, shelter, and livelihood programs.
- Outreach & Distribution: Hand out food, rice, and essential supplies to individuals and families in need.
- Community Support: Talk to beneficiaries kindly, listen to their problems, and provide them with motivation and emotional support.
- Needs Assessment: Identify the most urgent requirements for struggling families and connect them with the appropriate aid.
- Event Coordination: Help organize community food drives, medical/relief camps, and charity events.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the core team to expand The Healer Foundation's reach and impact within the local community.
Requirements:
- Language: Fluent spoken Tamil is mandatory.
- Education:BSW/MSW
- Soft Skills: A compassionate, empathetic, and respectful approach toward the elderly and rural communities.
- Experience: Freshers or experienced individuals with a background in NGOs, social work, or community volunteering are welcome to apply.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
