We are seeking a proactive and analytical Finance Executive – FP&A to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate should have completed CA Articleship or possess 1–3 years of experience in an audit firm. The role involves financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, financial analysis, statutory compliance, and supporting business decision-making.

Prepare and maintain books of accounts.

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.

Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and variance analysis.

Support budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan (AOP) preparation.

Analyze financial performance and provide actionable business insights.

Monitor key financial KPIs and prepare management reports.

Perform profitability, cost, and margin analysis.

Prepare cash flow forecasts and working capital reports.

Conduct bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.

Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.

Support financial modeling and ad hoc business analysis.

Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost optimization.

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

B.Com, M.Com, MBA (Finance), or equivalent qualification.

Completed CA Articleship or 1–3 years of experience in an audit firm.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, budgeting, and FP&A.

Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.

Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).

Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) is preferred.

Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

CA Inter qualified or pursuing CA Final.

Prior experience in FP&A, business finance, budgeting, or financial reporting.

Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
