The Enterprise Data Architect will serve as the strategic owner of the data ecosystem. This senior leader will advise on end-to-end data warehouse and Lakehouse strategies, deliver authoritative Points of View (POVs) on competitive tooling, and design scalable architectures that eliminate manual workflows and data reconciliation bottlenecks.
- Minimum 8+ years of dedicated experience in data architecture, enterprise data modeling, or database strategy.
- Platform Delivery at Scale: Proven experience architecting and delivering data solutions at scale using platform ecosystems like Snowflake, Databricks, or Microsoft Fabric.
- Executive Advisory: Demonstrated success operating as a principal or lead architect advising executive stakeholders on cloud data warehouse selection.
- Solution Evaluation & Strategy: Proven track record of evaluating enterprise data solutions and presenting high-level business POVs comparing Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and open-source ecosystems.
- Data Modeling & Architecture: Expert-level proficiency in designing modern data architectures (Lambda/Kappa architecture, Lakehouse, Star/Snowflake schemas).
- Governance & Data Lineage: Experience building out automated schema change detection, data quality frameworks, and end-to-end data lineage across pipelines and BI tools.
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge business KPIs with technical data blueprints for executive leadership.
- Hands-on experience mapping data models from enterprise ERP systems (specifically NetSuite) to warehouse platforms.
- Familiarity with training or structuring data environments to support future Agentic AI frameworks and automated data processing.
