Job Description:
The candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with quality standards, maintaining quality documentation, conducting audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in line with company and customer requirements.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other applicable standards.
- Plan and conduct internal audits and coordinate external certification audits.
- Prepare, review, and control quality documents, procedures, SOPs, and records.
- Monitor and track Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for timely closure.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
- Support customer audits and address audit findings.Conduct QMS-related training and awareness programs for employees.
- Analyze quality performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of quality systems.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Understanding of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and quality tools.
- Experience in internal audits, documentation control, and compliance management.
- Knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 5 Why Analysis, Fishbone Diagram, and CAPA.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation practices.
Qualification:
- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Production, Rubber, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in QMS, Quality Assurance, or Quality Control.
Preferred:
- Certified Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/IATF 16949).
- Experience in B2B Pruduct Manufacturing, Automotive, Rubber, or Engineering Industries.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
