Job Summary:
The role involves identifying and mitigating potential hazards, implementing safety policies, and
promoting a safety-first culture within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise and assist the management on safety matters
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Investigate accidents and incidents, and recommend corrective actions
- Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and training programs
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety laws, regulations, and standards (e.g., Factories Act,
OSHA)
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote safety awareness and best
practices
- Maintain accurate records of safety-related activities, including training, inspections, and
incidents
- Ensure availability, proper selection, and distribution of required PPE for all departments
- Monitor correct usage of PPE by employees and contractors at all times
- Conduct periodic training on the importance and correct use of PPE
- Enforce disciplinary actions for non-compliance with PPE rules
- Evaluate and recommend improved or specialized PPE based on job hazards
Education Qualification:
- Degree in Engineering or equivalent qualification
- Diploma/ Certificate in Industrial Safety/ Occupational Health
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in safety management
- Familiarity with Factories Act and other relevant safety laws and regulations
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
CTC RANGE: 4- 6 LPA

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
