Position: Social Media Executive
Industry Preference: Healthcare, Clinics, Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, website traffic, and lead generation for clients.
- Plan, create, schedule, and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring that all content is aligned with the client’s brand identity, marketing objectives, and current digital trends.
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns, monitor daily performance, analyze campaign results, and take proactive steps to improve reach, engagement, conversions, and overall ROI.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams including graphic designers, video editors, media buyers, and copywriters to ensure timely execution of campaigns and high-quality content delivery.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) using social media analytics tools, generate regular performance reports, and provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, content strategies, design tools, and digital marketing practices to enhance campaign effectiveness and maintain competitive performance.
- Work on content writing, ad copies, social media captions, and engagement strategies that are relevant, creative, and aligned with the target audience.
- Candidates with prior experience in handling clients from Healthcare, Clinics, and Real Estate industries will be preferred, as they would have a better understanding of audience behavior and campaign requirements in these sectors.
