This role is ideal for a fresh graduates or early-career professionals with a strong academic background and an interest in research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
Conduct primary and secondary market research activities.
Tele calling for market research projects/activities viz. identifying the defined target audiences as per project requirements, scheduling or conducting face to face or online telephonic interviews.
Collect, clean, and analyze data related to target audiences, target markets and the quotas.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor’s degree from any stream but B. Sc or B.Pharm are preferred.
English language proficiency is must. Ability to converse in English is must.
Good communication and a sound knowledge of telephone etiquette is must.
Basic understanding of market research concepts is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel (basic formulas, data handling) and MS word is essential. Familiarity with tools like Google Forms, spread sheets and documents will be an added advantage.
Ability to treat people with respect under all circumstances and upholding the values of the organization is must.
