Job Title: CCTV Assistant

Job Summary:
Monitor all CCTV cameras and ensure safety, security, and loss prevention in the showroom. Support management in theft prevention, customer safety, and investigation.
Key Responsibilities:
1.CCTV Monitoring
- Monitor live CCTV feeds 24/7 and record suspicious activities
- Ensure all cameras are working and recording properly
- Take backup of footage as required for billing disputes or theft cases
2. Loss Prevention
- Identify and alert Floor Manager on shoplifting, misbehavior, or damage
- Coordinate with floor staff and security during rush hours
- Do random checks of bag counters and trial rooms via CCTV
3. Incident Reporting
- Maintain CCTV log book - incidents, power cut, camera failure
- Provide CCTV footage to management/police when required
- Report daily summary of activities to Manager
4. Technical Support
- Basic troubleshooting of DVR/NVR, camera, and monitor issues
- Coordinate with IT/Hardware team for repair and AMC
- Ensure proper storage and retention of footage as per policy
Education / Qualification
Education: Any Degree Holder
Experience: 1-3 years as CCTV Operator. Retail showroom experience preferred
Skills: Good observation and alertness. Basic computer knowledge
