Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Operations Expert with 4–6 years of experience in managing end-to-end e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in order processing, inventory management, packing, quality checks, and dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Candidates based in Jammu are preferred. Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Jammu are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce order fulfillment from order receipt to final dispatch.
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, labeling, and shipment preparation.
- Ensure accurate and timely packing of products in accordance with quality and packaging standards.
- Coordinate with courier partners and logistics providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor order status, shipment tracking, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counts.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs for packing, dispatch, returns, and inventory management.
- Handle return (RTO) and exchange processes efficiently.
- Coordinate with customer support, procurement, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Monitor key operational KPIs such as order accuracy, dispatch timelines, inventory accuracy, and return rates.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety, and adherence to operational standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Commerce, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations, warehouse operations, or order fulfillment.
- Strong hands-on experience in packing, quality checks, order processing, and dispatch operations.
- Experience working with courier aggregators and logistics partners.
- Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and e-commerce order management systems/ERP.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

- Candidates currently based in Jammu will be given preference.
- Candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate to Jammu are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in D2C, marketplace operations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.), or omni-channel fulfillment will be an added advantage.
