Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated Real Estate Sales Executive who will handle client interactions, conduct site visits, generate leads, and match buyers with suitable properties. This is a field-oriented role that requires strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through calls, references, field activities, and outreach
- Handle incoming leads and follow up with potential buyers
- Understand client requirements (budget, location, preferences)
- Perform property matchmaking based on client needs
- Schedule and conduct site visits / property tours with clients
- Coordinate with builders, property owners, and channel partners
- Maintain regular follow-ups to convert leads into closures
- Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets
- Update CRM with lead details, site visits, and deal status
- Provide market insights and feedback to the management team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- 0–3 years of experience in real estate sales / field sales (freshers can apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings
- Target-driven and self-motivated
- Basic understanding of real estate market (preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30.0 per week
