Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews
- Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment records
- Post job openings on different hiring platforms
- Coordinate with department teams for hiring requirements
- Follow up with shortlisted candidates
- Assist in onboarding and joining formalities
Qualification
- MBA (HR/Marketing/Management) Preferred
