About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Junior Site Supervisor to help drive our projects to successful completion. In this role, you will assist the management team in overseeing daily site operations, enforcing quality standards, and ensuring that work is completed on schedule and to specification. This is an excellent opportunity for a newer construction professional to build foundational field experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Daily Operations: Assist in overseeing daily construction activities, workforce productivity, and workflow pacing.
- Quality Control: Help inspect incoming materials and ongoing work to ensure they align with project blueprints and quality standards.
- Site Administration: Maintain accurate daily logs, track material deliveries, and document site progress or issues.
- Coordination: Act as an on-the-ground liaison between subcontractors, laborers, and the project management team.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in construction or site supervision (relevant internships or apprenticeships apply).
- Basic ability to read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project schedules.
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills..
- Proficient in basic construction management software or standard office tools (Word, Excel).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
