Position: Data Operator / Data Entry Operator
Location: SEEPZ, Mumbai

Job Responsibilities
- Enter and update jewellery-related data accurately in Excel and company software.
- Maintain records of jewellery items, orders, production details, and inventory.
- Perform data entry, verification, and data updating on a daily basis.
- Check documents and records for accuracy and correct discrepancies.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of data.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports as required by the management.
- Coordinate with Production, QC, Sales, Accounts, and other departments for data-related requirements.
- Ensure all data is entered within the given timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of company and customer information.
- Perform other data-related administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Good typing speed with accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good numerical and data-handling skills.
- Ability to maintain records systematically.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in the jewellery industry will be an added advantage.
Qualification
- 10th/12th pass or Graduate.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.
Salary
₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
