We are a banking company looking a energetic Cheque collection Executive visits customers' locations to collect Cheque and deposit in bank
JOB Location - royapettah, puzhal, parrys , Mount road - chennai
Part time Banking JOB ( Need Two wheeler ) + Salary + Petrol Allowances + Traveling Allowances
Only Morning shift - 9:30 AM to 12:30 PM (can work in your comfortable time)
Core responsibilities
- Cheque collection: Visit clients to collect payments by cheque, and occasionally by cash or digital means.
- Field activities: Travel to assigned locations within a territory to collect payments and follow up on outstanding accounts.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate daily records of all collections and update collection details in the system or reports.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile cash and cheque collections with daily books and bank statements to ensure accuracy.
- Processing and deposit: Ensure timely processing and deposit of collected cheques into the company's bank account.
- Customer communication: Communicate with customers to resolve discrepancies, address payment issues, and negotiate payment plans if necessary.
- Target achievement: Work to achieve monthly and weekly collection targets.
- Compliance and reporting: Adhere to company policies and report on the status of collections to management.
Key skills and qualifications
- Valid driver's license: Essential for field collection activities.
