BetWindow is a fast-growing online casino brand focused on delivering a premium gaming experience to players worldwide. We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager who can build strong partnerships, drive high-quality player acquisition, and scale our affiliate program globally.
Job Overview
As an Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with affiliate partners, media buyers, influencers, and publishers. You will optimize affiliate performance, negotiate commercial deals, and work closely with internal teams to maximize player acquisition and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates.
- Negotiate CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and CPL deals.
- Monitor affiliate traffic quality and campaign performance.
- Analyze player acquisition metrics including FTDs, Deposits, ROI, LTV, Retention, and Revenue.
- Identify new traffic opportunities across SEO, PPC, Social Media, Telegram, Streaming, Email, and Native Advertising.
- Prevent fraud, bonus abuse, and low-quality traffic.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Coordinate with Marketing, CRM, Compliance, and Product teams to improve campaign performance.
- Attend international iGaming conferences and networking events to expand affiliate partnerships.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging traffic sources.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing within the iGaming/Casino industry.
- Strong network of casino affiliates, publishers, and media buyers.
- Excellent understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Cost Per Lead models.
- Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with casino brands targeting Tier-1, Tier-2, and emerging markets.
- Knowledge of affiliate fraud detection and traffic quality analysis.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, tracking platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Existing relationships with high-volume affiliate networks and influencers.
