Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail/FMCG roles
Source and screen candidates through various channels
Coordinate interviews and work closely with hiring managers
Build strong candidate pipelines and ensure a smooth hiring process
HR Operations:
Support onboarding and documentation
Maintain HR records and databases
Assist in day-to-day HR activities
Requirements
4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Non-IT hiring)
Prior experience in Retail or FMCG industry preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Location: Khar West, Mumbai
Working Days: Monday to Friday + Alternate Saturdays (2nd & 4th off)
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
