Words Worth is seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Trainer for our English Enhancement Project. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about education and has a strong background in English language teaching.
Responsibilities:
- Be a part of the team of educators and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality instruction
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address the needs of learners
- Organize professional development opportunities for staff to enhance teaching practices
- Deliver training sessions to various educational institutions across the entire Punjab and nearby regions. (Frequent travel is a key component of this role)
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Teaching experience is must.
- Must have at least 3-4 years of experience as an IELTS trainer or teacher.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities and a collaborative mindset
- Experience in managing educational projects and teams
