Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to manage customer interactions, resolve queries, maintain strong client relationships, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and escalate complex matters to the concerned department when necessary.
- Follow up with customers regarding service updates, feedback, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM databases regularly.
- Coordinate with operations, booking, and branch teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvement.
- Conduct customer feedback surveys and prepare reports on customer experience.
- Retain customers by addressing concerns effectively and providing appropriate solutions.
- Generate and maintain customer service reports and MIS reports.
- Assist in implementing customer engagement and retention initiatives.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards while handling customers.
